In detail
LMX2ds is the SMD version of our 12×12 RGB matrix: the same panel as the LMX2d, with 144 LEDs driven by two AW20216S drivers over SPI (one per 6×12 half, selected with CS1 and CS2), but with surface-mount pads on the back and no THT holes. You get the same clean gradients, smooth dimming and zero on-camera flicker, on a square canvas with double the resolution of the LMX2 and in a more compact (27.6 × 40 mm), low-profile format ideal for mounting flush against a surface. It shares the WuaDisplay-LMX library with the whole family, so you switch panels with a single build flag.
